Consumer magazine Which? has released the results from its latest broadband survey and found that some of the UK's largest ISPs, AOL UK , Orange UK and Opal Telecom, also had the least satisfied customers. All achieved an overall satisfaction score of less than 40% and were awarded just one star out of five for customer service. Both AOL and Opal are part of the TalkTalk Group.

A new survey of 2,000 online British adults, conducted by credit rating experts at Experian, has revealed that over half admitted to making their passwords available on the internet.
