We've just uploaded a new monthly survey that asks, "Have you ever downloaded illegal content (music, films etc.) over your ISPs connection?" (votes kept anonymous). Results from the previous month’s survey can be found below:

Would you leave your ISP if it adopted Phorm?

Yes - 56.6%
What is Phorm? - 24.7%
Maybe (opt-in method acceptable) - 16.2%
No - 2.3%

Total Votes: 1098

Consumers are sending a clear message to ISPs that they don’t want Phorm and are even prepared to leave if it is forced upon them, regardless of whether the provider is offering an opt-in solution or not. Just 2% wouldn't leave if Phorm were to be adopted, 16% remained undecided and nearly a quarter didn't know what it was. Phorm will apparently never be acceptable to the majority, no matter how the pr is spun.
