Demon Internet
For 18 months we experienced latency and packet loss issues. Demon (India) kept insisting that it was our equipment. We kept testing and tracing but found nothing in our network. We decided to upgrade to 8mbps and give Demon 1 last chance. Unbeleivable, it got much much worse and eventually we experienced regular service outtages. Demon still blaming our equipment (Cisco checked and gave the ok). We told Demon customer services that we were leaving and would like to make a leaving complaint. Suprise the following Monday it was all working as it always should have !!! 2 weeks on and broken again aparrently not their routers - WE ARE OFF
