Demon Internet

Problems kept re-occuring with Demon\\\'s mail service and support is poor. Once tried the Text Chat recently but after 2 hours the call was not responded to. Problem: emails received - delays up to 10 hrs. Submitted header of one to Support by email. They blamed every server on the route except theirs! I had to contact my domain\'s support who forwarded error logs showing that Demon servers were overloaded and would not accept emails for 10 hrs. Demon then said they could not accept the log and asked for the header again! Each time Demon took about 24 hours to reply so this took a whole week and got nowhere.
