TitanADSL
Wow. From a slightly slow start due to not receiving the welcome email due to a suspect email server on our side, I have say that TitanADSL is simply superb, and a breath of fresh air compared to BT.
On the day of activation I was unable to get my login details to work, but did not have time to pursue it further. The following day, an email was despatched to Titan HQ at about 8PM. 10 minutes later I had an email back saying they would call me shortly.
True to form, a few minutes later, I was speaking to one of the owners who had the internet working in a matter of minutes. He was happy to explain the settings for our less than standard modem / Smoothwall router setup - something that BT technical support had never even heard of.
Having explained what to do, Titan phoned me back to check that it was all working 5 minutes later and was very happy to answer all of my other questions.
It must be remembered that this all took place way past office hours, and I was glad to hear that there was normally someone in the office for most of the night who can answer problems.
All other ISPs really should take a leaf out of Titan's book. This is what customer support is all about.
If anyone is not convinced, send them an email, and the chances are all of your queries will be answered in a matter of minutes.
The cost for the service is also incredibly good value, way undercutting the likes of Zen who seem to offer similar levels of support, yet for a much higher cost.
Overall a highly commendable ISP who I would recommend to anyone. They are worth every single penny.
