Ive been with Titan for nearly 12 Months.
This ISP must have the best customer support out there, the day i migrated 30 mins after going on-line i was phoned by customer support (out of office hours) and asked if everything was going fine,how many ISP's do that?
If you ever need to phone support the phone is always picked up within 5 rings
If you go to the well known forums you wont see anyone moaning about Titan unlike a lot of other ISP's that regularly get a good slating.
Top speeds , no downtime, one month contract & a lot of happy customers. Glad I left Fast hosts.
