I want an ISP who keeps out of my way and gives me a full-bore internet pipe. AAISP has always delivered this.

When I need their help, they get things sorted. Otherwise they leave me be. No gimmicks or random up-sells, just the same price every month for the same service every month.

I have been a customer a long time now (and for other utilities and services I happily change suppliers) because the service is so consistently good and hassle free.

I've been with A&A for quite a few years now (home broadband) and I can thoroughly recommend their services. As a small, technically-minded ISP, you avoid the corporate nonsense compared to the leading players. Also, any support required is efficiently delivered by a competent helpdesk staffed with real humans who know what they're doing!

I'm more than happy to remain an A&A customer for many more years.

This is one of those old school ISPs where the technical support are actual technical people who will work together with you to address your Internet needs.

Sure, there's a premium to pay, but where else do you get detailed graphs in your control panel and the level of control that you get from AA?

It's simply the best ISP in the UK, period.

Title: Excellent
I came to AA looking for an ISP that gave me lots of flexibility and low latency. Specifically some static IPs, IPv6 etc which are just harder to find from domestic ISPs - I have my own kit and I'm just looking for connectivity.

They've been absolutely excellent any time I've needed to contact them, upgrades have been smooth and without issue. It just works and I've got a flexible, low-latency line. Not the cheapest, but I am not here for a cheap service. Also nice to have domestic support that knows what they're talking about, I used to dread calling for help when there was a line issue in the past.. having to walk through many "are you on wireless" questions.

Really happy with them, can't recommend them enough!

Andrews & Arnold may not be the cheapest service, but they provide an excellent service. Communication is excellent, the service is reliable and I trust them to help if I ever have an issue. I work from home and that level of reassurance is very valuable to me.

I upgraded from an FTTC service to a FTTP full fibre service. The process was really easy and just worked. I ordered online and got a choice of engineer dates.

Since them the service has just been fine. It works perfectly.

I've been a customer of aaisp for at least 20 years. At home and at work. I wouldn't use anybody else

When helping friends and relatives use other ISPS and then ask for help with their internet problems. Sometimes I've spent hours on the phone trying to fix the most basic problems. Those problems don't exist with aaisp, and for the 2 or 3 times there has been a problem, one email to support has resulted in a rapid fix.

Having signed up with AAISP 12 months ago, I've been left wondering why I used to think "cheapest is best" until I signed up with A&A.
If you are just a consumer, and don't care about any of the tech - then A&A is overkill.

If you are technically minded, or want to do anything slightly above the bare minimum - A&A are second to none.

I initially selected A&A as they allowed me to continue to use my own kit, while still supporting VoIP. (Unlike BT - "use BT kit or lose your number when PSTN is switched off at your exchange" lock in hell). I didn't lose my number :-) Since day 1, I've realised just how good their additional services and knowledge are.

If you want static IP (both IPV4/IPV6), additional address blocks, VoIP (ported-in my old BT number), knowledgeable support team, "it just bloody works" type of service - then I highly recommend AAISP/A&A.

I came to Andrews and Arnold just over 10 years ago.
Recently changed up to full fibre.
As ever in my dealings with Andrews and Arnold the change was smooth and hassle free.
I was kept to speed with progress by email, every stage happened as was planned.
As an individual, a non technical person, I was quite anxious about the switch over but I need not have worried, very happy with the process and the outcome.
It is very rare to have to telephone Andrews and Arnold for support, if memory serves last time was about 5 years ago to replace a router.
On these rare occasions I could speak to someone in support immediately and received friendly help and advice.
In short, I am more than happy with the service I receive from Andrews and Arnold.

Moved to A&A a few months ago. No issues so far and I get close to advertised speed I am paying for. The dashboard and back end systems are also a bonus. I also hear good things about their approach on managing OpenReach if there is an issue with that side of things. I moved from SKy due to the imminent PSTN switch off and Sky require you to use their router with the VOIP service which I wasn't will to do. The VOIP service from A&A has been excellent and my spam/scam calls have stopped
