My time with Demon has had its ups and downs but they have just shot themselves in the foot. They had not been taking the Direct Debit from my bank and only realise when I owe them ?200.00.



The first I knew was when I received a letter from the debt collection agency (which stated it was their second letter and they have since admitted it was their first).



So I have to find ?200 pounds thanks to their mistake and although they apologised they will not reduce the amount at all.



Their current price was getting too high in comparison so I will be leaving them behind.



Avoid them - they have no idea what they are doing.
