Demon has really gone down since Thule decided to outsource all residental and SM-business customers to India. However they do have UK service people for their bigger clients, and if you want to talk to them instead of India people, it\'s possible.
Demon has lost ability to track their accounts, since they switched whole accounting service to be done by the computers. They are not going to fix the problem. So the cancellation of the account or even paying to it is going to be BIG problem for the customers.
If you\'re S/M business customer looking for ISP, go to look it for elsewhere, but note that all UK ISPs are more and less rip offs.
