Demon Internet

If you want decent speed, and an ISP that cares about customer service, my experience is that you should avoid Demon at all costs.
Demon used to be so good - now they just don\'t seem to care at all. Low speeds (connecting at a quarter of what it was originally connecting at) have continued for weeks, but all demon can do is blame BT. And they won\'t even do anything at all unless you contact them on a premium rate 0871 number. Emails are useless, as is the \'chat\' option they offer. All they want is for people to ring in on the 0871 number to add to their profits because of the cut they take from the calls.
Beware the Fair Use Policy too!
