TitanADSL
After moving from virgin, my ping has dropped down to a nice stable 30 when gaming on PSN, i went for the 8000/800 business package and i get perfect results, i live within 100 yards of my exchange and receieve >1MB/s download speed (1050kBps)
ive contacted support only twice.. both times i got a reply back from a human within half hour.
one problem i did have was BT\\\'s fault, i called Titan about it, and i got no reply (i called at 1am) but sure enough, the next day they called me back regarding the call.. by this time it was resolved.. but these guys know how to give support and customer satisfaction.
