Very helpful customer service in trying to sort out my connection problems. I had trouble of adsl wasn\'t being detected on my router. They kept me up to date on what was happening with BT as it was a problem with them. Problem turned out to be a filter on our telephone pole knocking our internet off. Speed is great, support is fantastic. Overall a fantastic, no problems since. Much better than Orange our last provider who didnt help out one bit.
