TitanADSL
I was on Sky Broadband for a while, and suddenly my internet connection became unstable and was synching at far lower speeds. After an horrific number of calls to them I came to realise they werent interested in sorting my problem out, and just blamed my line degrading, and that I would be stuck with slow speeds.
I moved to Titan ADSL recently, and it's been one of the best things I have done. Straight away they investigated my line, had an engineer sent to the exchange and identified a fault on my line. This was soon repaired and I went from less than 2meg speeds (less than 500k for the last couple weeks), to a 6meg connection!
Abs (boss at Titan) never gave up until my line was sorted, giving me great advice and updates along the way. I really cant fault these guys at all, and would recommend them to everyone. For the service you get, its worth every single penny.
