Where do I start!...they used to be a great little company at the start of the internet. Over recent years as a large company they have lost all ability to treat people properly, each part of the company has no idea what the other bits are doing. Indian Call centres...need I say more.....over billing......lack of invoices.......umpteen 0845 numbers to try and speak to anyone with loads of 'option's behind each number, very fustrating.
Eventually I left last May and transfered my Domains I had to Fasthosts and my adsl line to ADSL24. I am very happy with both. Then in September a debt recovery company wrote to me to tell me I owed Demon money !! This was after they had sent me a closing cheque because they owed me money from their over billing!!!
After much letter writing and wasted time a threat to use the OTELO regulator resulted in them calling it all off and I am now free from these idiots.
Avoid these fools like the plague, the best thing that could happen is they lose so many customers that the business becomes no longer viable and they get taken over by a decent company who puts a rocket up their arse................
